Nonna Elda Cooks: How to make Pizza Fritta

It’s easier than you think to make this delicious Italian fair food! All you need is the same ingredients that you would use for pizza dough and deep fry!

The key here is not rushing the rising process you want them to be nice and airy and fluffy. When you make your little balls, let them rest another half an hour before going back and putting holes in them to make donut rings.

This recipe is one of my favourite ones to make if I’m having a lot of guests because everybody lobes it and it’s incredibly cheap to make! Save your money, plan to feed a crowd on a budget.
